Want to know the chromatographic profile for my gross, which was formed in DMSO. I understand that the aprotic dipolar nature can cause problems when you try to remove the DMSO. But the excessive heat loss is still raw. DMSO is anti-Acrylic especially with most vacuum centrifuge with acrylic, so I'm not ready equipped for the vacuum drying of DMSO.
